Setting up Shopify Email with Downpay

Installing and Configuring Shopify Email

1. Install Shopify Email from the Shopify App Store.
2. Open Shopify Email from your Shopify admin.
3. Create or edit an email template that you want to use for payment reminders or balance due notices.
4. Save your template for later use in Flow.

Building a Flow with Shopify Email and Downpay

1. In your Shopify admin, open Flow and create a new workflow.
2. Under Triggers, select a Downpay trigger such as:

• Payment due in 7 days
• Payment due in 48 hours
• Payment due – Daily Ticker

3. Under Actions, choose Shopify Email
4. Select your pre-built template or create a new one.
5. Save and activate your workflow.
